At Stash Tea, we want you to love every sip, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened items within 30 days for a full refund. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on food or beverage products that have been opened.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our Customer Care team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack the unopened tea or accessories in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship the Package
Send your return via a trackable shipping method to our distribution center; please keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
